By playing Crown & Cloak you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain language, because this is a party game, not a bank.

The game is free and "as is"

Crown & Cloak is provided free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or uninterrupted, and we may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time.

The prizes aren't real

All in-game money, pots, multipliers, and "trillions" are fictional and exist only for fun and bragging rights. Nothing in the game has cash value or can be redeemed for anything.

Play fair

• Don't attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or try to break the service.
• Don't use display names that are harassing, hateful, or that impersonate someone.
• Be decent to the people you're playing with — deception is part of the game, cruelty isn't.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the game. You play at your own risk (the only real risk is losing to your friends).

Changes

We may update these terms; continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
