Crown & Cloak is a living-room social deduction game inspired by the reality TV format. Built for groups who want the drama, the alliances, and the betrayals — no castle or camera crew required. Just a living room, some phones, and people you thought you could trust.

How the roles work
One player starts as a Turncoat — secretly assigned when the game begins. No one else knows.
During one designated round, the Turncoat may recruit a single other player to join them. This can only happen once.
During each challenge, Turncoats receive a hidden mission delivered to their phone. They still help the group win the challenge — the mission is a deniable little task they try to pull off without being spotted.
Between rounds, players discuss and cast a secret vote on who they think the Turncoat is. Vote wrong and you waste your chance. Vote right and the game tilts toward the Loyal.
What you need to play
A living room with enough space for the group to move around.
A phone for each player — no app download needed, just a browser.
A few common household items for the physical challenges.
Someone brave enough to be the first Turncoat.
